10th Jan 2012: Doctor John Bruce Trophy

The town council decided that they would place a local advert asking for public nominations as to who the residents would like to recieve the trophy this year. There were four nominations 1. Paul Hope 2. Ken Green 3. Tom Swinbourne 4. Isle Of Axholme Allotments Society A ballott was taken at the December Council Surgery held in the Market Place, Paul Hope recieved 57% of the vote and was presented with the trophy at the town council meeting held on Tuesday 10th January 2012.

11th Nov 2011: Isle of Axholme Memory Cafe
